Just Garments is a garment factory in El Salvador whose brave workers have fought an uphill battle to unionize and create a factory that is not a sweatshop in an industry that is almost synonymous with sweatshops. Instead, they have created a place where workers are empowered and people who have been blacklisted for speaking up for their rights in sweatshops can find employment.

Just Garments has a sound business plan for long-term sustainable production under their own label. But they are facing a challenging moment transitioning from sub-contracting to independent production. Just Garments may close by the end of this month if they cannot generate a significant amount of funds.
