This was my first trip to Stowe, VT actually to Vermont. I was here on a business trip to attend a conference. From the moment I arrived to check out, the stoweflake staff took care of everything. Here are a few examples: First
I came late the first night after the kitchen was closed and Diana at the front desk called the chief anyway, to see if she could set a table. The chief said yes and made me a beautiful, delicious salad.
Secondly, since their spa is highly recommended, I had two services one with Danielle and another with Wendy. The two ladies were fantastic, not just with the service they provided, but they were both very dedicated and fun.
Third, at the conference event, the breakfast made for attendees was exceptionally good. The food was in buffet style, but it did not taste like ""buffet."" It was much better.
The room was very nice and comfortable. It even had a fireplace. I really liked the toiletries. They were a spa brand (can not remember the name), but it smelled really good.
Funny fact: I am a longtime Keurig fan. I did not know that Keurig Green Mountain was their corporate headquarters in the city. In my stoweflake room, I had a Keurig machine.
I do not have enough. There is so much more to do in Hotel Stoweflake Mountain Resort&Spa, I had not enough time to enjoy. I hope next year I will stay there for more nights.
Thanks to your staff for the the great visit!
